Leadership Team

Mr. Jitendra Jadhav — Director

Brings over a decade of rich experience in the catering and hospitality industry. He has worked with several overseas prestigious organizations, including Sodexo, Al Suwaidi Group (Saudi Arabia), Fairway Catering Services (UAE), Emaar Hospitality Group (Qatar), and Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Throughout his career,

Mr. Jadhav has played a pivotal role in acquiring key clients and successfully managing diverse portfolios. He currently leads the food production operations, focusing on client satisfaction and retention through consistent quality and service excellence.

He holds a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Aurangabad, and continues to drive operational excellence within the organization.

Mr. Arun Adhane — Director

Mr. Arun Adhane is the co-founder and managing partner of M/s. Adhane Industries, established in 2008.

With nearly four decades of experience in the catering and service industry, he has been instrumental in building AIPL into a trusted name in Power, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, and other service sectors across Maharashtra.
Under his strategic leadership, AIPL has earned a reputation for reliability, quality, and operational excellence.
